Introduction:
The Students Management Quiz 2024 is a Regional Level Competition conducted by AIMA in collaboration with Chanakya on 16th February, 2024 aimed to enhance the skills and competencies of participants in the field of Management imparted through a Management Quiz.

Program Overview:
The one day management quiz was organized to provide an analytical skills development in the field of management. There were total 80 teams participated from various colleges. Six teams were declared as winners of the quiz. These teams will play national semi final and final at Delhi.

Key Objectives:

  • Enhance participants’ skills in engaging and managing diverse business fields.
  • Foster an understanding of learning and handling problems in the field of business, up-skill their knowledge by practically applying theoretical knowledge in the form of quiz.
  • To be updated by having current affairs knowledge.

Program Agenda:

  • To get hand on experience of the Management
  • To enhance various management related concepts
  • To learn the rules of the game and play quiz
  • To participate, play and win regional level competition and get selected for National level competition

Structure of the Game
The structure of the SMQ regional round was

Registration 09:00 to 10:15 hrs
Inaugural Session 10:15 to 10:55 hrs
Regional Prelim (Mobile based on mentimeter) 11:00 to 12:00 hrs (100-150 teams)
Regional Qualifier (Paper based MCQ) 12:00 to 13:00 hrs (50 teams)
(Result post lunch)
Lunch 13:00 to 13:45 hrs
Regional Semi finale 1 (On Stage) (6 teams) 14: 00 to 14:30 hrs
Regional Semi finale 2 (On Stage) (6 teams) 14: 45 to 15:15 hrs
Regional finale (On Stage) (6 teams) 15:30 to 16:00 hrs
Valedictory session 16:00 to 16:30 hrs

Trainer and Facilitator:
The program was led by the quiz master Brijesh Patel along with other notable speaker such as Tyagi Sir from Chanakya and Ashu Sikri sir and Pradeep Kumar from AIMA. The Program was held offline at MES HOC Campus at Rasayani.

Participant Feedback:
Feedback was collected from the participants at the end of each session. Overall, participants expressed satisfaction and was hopeful in getting chance to participate again. Some common positive feedback included:

  • Appreciation for the practical examples and case studies used in sessions.
  • Recognition of the trainers’ expertise and engaging delivery style.
  • Requests for more in-depth sessions on specific topics.

Conclusion:
The AIMA Student Management Quiz 2024 was well-received by the participants. It effectively covered a wide range of learning and provided valuable insights into enhancing their knowledge and understanding.

Recommendations:
Based on participant feedback, future programs could consider more of such events.
